US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

IWe offer various shipping options including: standard, expedited, overnight. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the option selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the couriers website. The courier we decide to use. (USPS, UPS ground, etc..) will depend on the expedited shipping you purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Typically we do not do International orders as the costs & liabilities of shipping an item through Customs is too exorbitant, however for select clients over a certain order amount we occasionally are less stringent with this rule & will allow exceptions.

RETURNS

RETURN COST

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. If it was the fault of the retailer with provided documented information we will send you a shipping return label you cab=n print you & send it back.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

We accept returns within 30 days; with a receipt. Items must be in original packaging, unused to be eligible for a return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Contact our customer service team or follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process. We will inspect the item to ensure there’s no damage & then provide your with a refund, store credit, or another item of equal or lesser value.
